Remington Johnson Strategic HR Solutions, a partnership, was founded by Marcia Remington and Kirstine Johnson. They have over 18 years of combined experience in employee relations, conflict resolution and communications, coaching to all levels of employees and employee development, recruitment and a history of providing outstanding customer service. Their experience in dealing with all levels of management as well as employees in different industries, gives them an edge over other HR Outsourcing firms.

Encountering so many negative responses and much employee reluctance, made us want to break out of the traditional HR box and look for new ways to reach people and businesses who are looking for an innovative, positive approach to achieving the necessary results. Marcia Remington is co-founder of Remington Johnson Strategic HR Solutions. Prior to co-founding Remington Johnson Strategic HR Solutions, her background included a combination of Human Resources Management experience and business expertise. After having spent nearly twenty-five years of her career in Human Resource Management positions in mid-size law firms of 200+ staff and attorneys, along with a start-up business of her own, specializing in training and development, coaching, employee relations, conflict resolution, leadership and management consulting, recruiting and staffing, Ms. Remington co-founded Remington Johnson HR Solutions.

Ms. Remington was educated at Washington State University and has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources Certification) from SHRM. She is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and the local chapter of SHRM, LWHRA. She is also a member of the American Society of Training and Development and the Puget Sound Chapter of ASTD.

Kirstine Johnson is co-founder of Remington Johnson Strategic HR Solutions. Kirstine is an HR professional with over eleven years of human resources management and leadership experience in the retail, financial services and legal industries. She has provided human resources guidance and support to hundreds of management and support staff level positions. Her key strengths include recruiting and staffing, employee retention and employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, leadership and management consulting and coaching and counseling to management and staff employees.

Kirstine holds a B.A. in Journalism and English and a M.A. in Communication from Colorado State University. She is an active member of SHRM and the local chapter of SHRM in the Denver area. She also provides answers and guidance to management and human resources related questions as an expert on Allexperts.com.

Jamie Fleming is the Marketing Coordinator for Remington Johnson Strategic HR Solutions. Jamie has experience with Public Relations, Event Planning and networking. Her key strengths are creative idea generation for marketing campaigns and cross-promotional network marketing.

She has degrees in Marketing and Advertising from Washington State University and four years experience in marketing work within various industries.
